durabilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p><p><em>Quelles strat\u00e9gies d&#8217;apprentissage contribuent le mieux \u00e0 ce que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves deviennent des citoyens engag\u00e9s et actifs impliqu\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9alisation de la durabilit\u00e9 environnementale, sociale et \u00e9conomique?<\/em><\/p><p>Relier les Points se concentre sur les strat\u00e9gies d&#8217;apprentissage et les moyens de rendre compte des exp\u00e9riences d&#8217;apprentissage ; le &#8220;comment faire&#8221; de l&#8217;apprentissage. Ces strat\u00e9gies d&#8217;apprentissage impliquent les \u00e9l\u00e8ves en tant qu&#8217;apprenants engag\u00e9s, apprenant dans le contexte de leurs communaut\u00e9s et abordant les probl\u00e8mes locaux pertinents.<\/p><p>Les strat\u00e9gies d&#8217;apprentissage avanc\u00e9es dans ce document ne sont pas nouvelles. Ils sont communs \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9ducation environnementale et \u00e0 de nombreux autres domaines de la recherche et de la pratique p\u00e9dagogiques. Ce qui est nouveau, ce sont les moyens par lesquels ces strat\u00e9gies, lorsqu&#8217;elles sont utilis\u00e9es ensemble, relient les nombreux points qui sont n\u00e9cessaires pour parvenir \u00e0 une vision du monde interconnect\u00e9e. Ces \u00ab points \u00bb comprennent :<\/p><ul><li>Cr\u00e9er un lien entre les enjeux environnementaux, \u00e9conomiques et sociaux au sein des mati\u00e8res et entre les mati\u00e8res;<\/li><li>Cr\u00e9er un lien entre les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, leur vie personnelle, leur \u00e9cole et leur communaut\u00e9;<\/li><li>Cr\u00e9er un lien entre les connaissances, les comp\u00e9tences et les perspectives par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de l\u2019engagement et de la mobilisation des \u00e9l\u00e8ves; et<\/li><li>Fournir un contexte pertinent pour aborder les attentes en mati\u00e8re de num\u00e9ratie, de litt\u00e9ratie, de formation du caract\u00e8re et autres<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>Les Sept Strat\u00e9gies<\/strong><\/h5><ol><li>L&#8217;apprentissage
