LSF's Action Project Final Report
Congratulations on finishing your Action Project! We can’t wait to hear about the amazing impacts you and your students have had on our planet!Â
This Final Report must be submitted by May 22, 2024.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
- Scan or take pictures of all your receipts/proof of purchase – we prefer these all together in 1 document if possible!
- Make sure you have lots of great pictures of your students in action – this form accepts .jpg and .png formats
- Please note: LSF requires that any media submissions have the necessary consents and permissions (from parents or guardians where applicable) before they can be shared. You do not need to use our form, but if you need a sample media release consent form, click here.Â
- Have your impact data ready – we’ll be asking how many trees you planted, the size of your garden, how much compost you collected, etc.

Our servers can get very busy around reporting time! To avoid glitches, use a private/incognito browser window and a non-school network if possible. Save your work frequently and consider drafting longer answers in a separate document, just in case. Â
