Action Project funding cheques are made payable to the school and mailed using the information you entered above.
Please double check your school name and mailing address are correct.

If your cheque needs to be made out to another entity (e.g. a school board), please contact funding@LSF-LST.ca.
We do not make cheques out to individuals.

Projects must be student-led.

The links to climate change/sustainability must be made clear in your application.

Please briefly list project milestones, responsible parties, and anticipated timing.
e.g. #1. "Start seeds indoors" - "grade 6 & 7 students" - "early April"
#2. "Transplant seeds into raised beds" - "grade 6 & 7 students" - "late May"
#3. "First harvest of herbs" - "grade 6 & 7 students w Kindergarten buddies" - "mid June"

You may include taxes and shipping costs.

Wherever possible, please make an effort to have your budget items maintain the sustainability theme, e.g. sourcing items produced or sold locally, avoiding single-use items and plastics, purchasing products that support sustainable choices (like reusable items), opting for items with no- or low-waste packaging, focusing on plant-based foods, etc.

Please be specific—e.g. "native pollinator plant seedlings" instead of just "plants"
